John Hayden, SIOR

Mr. Hayden is responsible for the day to day operation of the company as well as customer relations and new business acquisition. John has worked in Commercial Real Estate in the North Alabama area continuously since 1976. Listed as an Office Specialist with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), John has experience representing both Landlords and Tenants in the Huntsville market. He also has retail experience and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The work in retail has provided experience in site selection for banking and restaurant customers as well as creating the right tenant mix when leasing retail space. John was appointed to the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Leadership Council in 2009 which is sponsored by the University of Alabama. Mr. Hayden holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Veronica Nichols
Associate Broker
Mrs. Nichols assists landlords and developers with inception; market analysis; design; construction; marketing; lease negotiations and property valuation for multiple retail centers in North Alabama. In addition, she negotiates transactions on the behalf of clients in leasing and/or purchasing various types of properties. Veronica obtained her Real Estate Broker's License in 2006. She is a member of NALCOM (North Alabama Commercial) and was NALCOM President in 2006. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is currently working toward the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Prior to joining Concourse Group, Inc., Mrs. Nichols obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2003 while working at Colonial Properties Trust. Mrs. Nichols holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Graphic Design from the University of North Alabama. Veronica is a native of Double Springs, Alabama. She currently resides in Huntsville with her husband, Bryan and their son, Chandler. Veronica enjoys playing golf, cooking and gardening.
